Serenity firmly believes and fosters an intense work ethic among
the people. Serenity provides a very conducive environment for high
productivity and instills passion for work. Work is equated
with worship in a culture that recognizes good work and encourages
ideas for improvement.
Our "fun@work on Fridays" initiative ensures that all work and
no play will never make our people dull. Come Friday evening,
the Serenity work center wears the look of a college campus during
youth festival. Fun contests include quizzing, music, crosswords,
dumb charades and a host of fun games. Our people chill-out
and unwind on Friday evenings.
